Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Supreme Contracting & Electrical LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Supreme Contracting & Electrical LLC provides residential and light commercial contracting services including, but not limited to, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, basement finishing, and electrical work. All services are provided pursuant to a written contract or estimate agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by Supreme Contracting & Electrical LLC are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of consultation and are subject to change if the scope of work changes.
Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract signed by both parties. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately after client approval.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in each project contract. Standard payment terms require a deposit to schedule work, with progress payments due at agreed-upon milestones, and final payment due upon substantial completion of the project.
Supreme Contracting & Electrical LLC accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to finance charges as permitted by Pennsylvania law.
5. Permits & Licensing
Supreme Contracting & Electrical LLC is a licensed and insured contractor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (PA HIC #199536). We will obtain all necessary building permits required for your project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The cost of permits is the responsibility of the client and will be included in the project estimate or billed at cost.
6. Insurance
Supreme Contracting & Electrical LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by Pennsylvania law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request before the start of any project.
7. Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion, unless a longer period is specified in your project contract. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or issues arising from materials supplied by the client.
Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and fixtures installed during your project. Detailed warranty information for specific products will be provided with your project documentation.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely project completion, the client agrees to:
- Provide reasonable access to the work site during agreed-upon working hours.
- Make timely decisions on material selections and design choices to avoid project delays.
- Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Secure or remove valuables and personal property from the work area before construction begins.
9. Change Orders
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders will specify the additional work, materials, cost, and any impact on the project timeline. Work on change orders will not begin until the change order is approved in writing.
10. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate the project contract with written notice. In the event of cancellation by the client, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed and materials purchased through the date of cancellation, plus any restocking fees or non-refundable custom material costs.
Supreme Contracting & Electrical LLC reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to make payments as agreed, fails to provide reasonable access to the work site, or creates an unsafe or hostile work environment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Contracting & Electrical LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
